The mission of Kilcock Therapy is to provide you with excellence in Hands-On Healthcare here in Kilcock.
In relation to your choice of therapy and in order to get to the root of your condition I will take a detailed history focusing on all aspects of your condition. I will then carry out a relevant assessment. This allows me to focus in on the specific areas of your body that have become dysfunctional. With this combined information we can put in place an individualised treatment and rehabilitation plan with one goal in mind. To get you back in action as soon as possible, or de-stressed – whatever your particular goals are.

What is Physical Therapy?

Physical Therapy is hands-on and natural treatment which helps maintain and restore optimum movement and functional ability for your body. It is a primary care health profession and is established on health science principles.

Many of the physical problems you experience are caused by or manifest themselves through: injury, disease, aging or environmental factors. If you experience pain or discomfort from any normal body movement or function you may be suffering from some form of injury – possibly caused by one of the factors listed above.

To remain healthy and happy you need to maintain a pain free body while also addressing your psychological, emotional, and social needs. Physical Therapy addresses these factors which play an important part of your overall wellbeing therefore providing a holistic approach to your treatment. Physical Therapy is central to any treatment required to restore you to a pain free life and to optimum health.
